Project Overview

The Cornerstone of Beaver County (TCBC) provides emergency shelter, housing and utility assistance, basic needs, and referrals and resources for individuals and families in Beaver County experiencing homelessness or housing-related crises. As part of a complete brand overhaul, TCBC was seeking a recognizable, geometric brand mark centered around their acronym.

A bright, optimistic color palette was chosen to give the brand positive energy and a memorable personality. Teal represents hope and renewal, warm yellow and orange evoke optimism, red references TCBC’s original brand, and navy blue grounds the system while providing strong contrast for clarity and organization.

The logo features lowercase lettering to maintain a modern, approachable tone, with color used to separate and strengthen recognition of the TCBC acronym. An alternate mark highlights the acronym on its own, incorporating the angle of the house icon into the letter “b” to visually connect the typography and symbol, while intentional white space ensures the logo remains effective in both color and black-and-white applications.
